Wick van der Vaart

Wick van der Vaart (1962) has master degrees in Dutch Literature and Social Psychology.

He is the founder of the Instituut voor Interventiekunde, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This Institute offers shorter and longer (up to two years) programs in Appreciative Interventionism. Wick has done a certificate track in Appreciative Inquiry with NTL and he is the editor-in-chief op the AI Practitioner.
